The Human Resources Administrator guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services
, policies, and programs for the entire company. Organizes human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
Oversees Benefits and 401k Plan administration.
Verifies payroll related data. Responsible for HR reporting system.
Performance management and improvement systems.
Ensures the accuracy of Employees Files Documentation.
Manages the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Employee services and counseling.
Assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Monitors all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
Leads participation in at least one salary survey per year.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College or university degree
5 to 8 years related experience in Human resources and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
